Our Boards are sent Via Fastway Couriers. They Are Wrapped in Cardboard & Double Bubble Wrap. hey cannot be just left at your door... please use an address where someone is during business hours. insurance is null & void if its just left at your door... We rarely hear of our customers recieving thier board any Damage. However to take all precautions Please sign the delivery "subject to inspection". boards take from overnight to Sydney thru to 5-7 working days for places as far away as north WA.

SURFBOARD RETURN POLICY:
Surfboards must be unused, unwaxed and resalable. Any claim For defective Surfboards will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Surfboards must be  returned within 14 days of purchase date. No Refunds will be given. However exchanges are acceptable with the difference to be paid by the customer. Exchanges with be for surfboards only, Accompanying accessories are not included in the exchange.  Surfboards are subject to wear and tear, fatigue and even breakage under normal use. Buyer assumes entire responsibility for all upkeep and repair. As a Manufacturer and seller we make no expressed or implied warranties. Surfing involves certain inherent risks, hazards
and dangers, which can result in serious, even fatalinjuries. A surfboard’s sharp edges and pointed nose can cause cuts and/or puncture wounds. If struck by a surfboard, a surfer may be rendered unconscious in the water, which could result in drowning. Even under normal conditions a surfboard may break which can increase the risk of injury. The risks inherent in the sport of surfing can be greatly reduced by: wearing protective
headgear and never surfing alone.
  Diverse Surfboards are designed and machined using APS3000 & finished by hand in our factory in Tugun & Kirra, QLD, Australia. There are slight irregularities and nuances present in manmade surfboards, which adds to the authenticity of the truly custom designed surfboard we are proud to offer. Please do not be surprised if you find these
nuances in your board. This is one of the qualities of craftsmanship that makes the boards truly valuable, because it reflects the heart & soul and hands-on production that went into the making of your board. DIVERSE OFFER 50% TRADE IN on our own brand boards if the board was purchased less than 12 months ago. The board is to be in watertight saleable condition. Repairs carried out prior to trade in must be done by repair professionals to our high standards. Any repairs needed on the board by Diverse to make it saleable will be discounted from the trade in price.
